Sorry people!
I've been in such a hurry these past few days that I didn't get a chance to take photos for you about "how to pack?" :D But I've been in Rome now for three days and it has been so much fun!! As you may or may not know (I don't remember if I already mentioned it) I'm staying in a host family and the people have been so nice and caring for me and I really really really appreciate it.
We've been in so many places like Colosseum, Campidoglio and etc. I've been in many of these place before but it's always nice to return in places where you haven't been for a long time. And Rome. Oh, Rome! It has been absolutely fantastic! The food, the clothes, the views! I've bought so much clothes! I'm almost bank robed! :D I'll send in pictures from the city and the new clothes as soon as I get back to Finland.
A little about the family. I speak with them mostly English even though I know quite much Italian. The girl hosting me is so kind and really beautiful, she's always asking if I'm alright and everything. She lives with her mum, dad and older sister, they are really nice too. The mum and the sister talk really much, but the dad is a man of few words. They all are really good cooks and I'm getting fat real quick!
I've been eating like there's no tomorrow! I'm so full and these people keep feeding me so much food! I'm not complaining or anything, it's not like they're stuffing food in my mouth. But when I see the food I can't stop... Well maybe I'm exaggerating, I can since there's no space in my stomach anymore. :D
All the other students are also really nice and exited but there are a bit complexes since the Italian and Finnish teachers give mixing institutions. But other than that we all get along pretty well I could say. Well I'm speaking for myself here. :D
I'll try to post another blog while I'm in here, when it's all in the fresh memory but let's see if I've got the time for it.

A little bit more...
So, I'm leaving for Italy this friday! Only three day left!! I'm super-exited since we're gonna live in host familys and we're gonna stay there for 10 whole days (me and 19 other students form our school)!
I've been looking forward to this trip for 3 months now and we're finaly close, soooo today I went shopping for presents to bring to the family. Since italian people (I'm talkin in general right now) have a thing for Finnish design, I decided to buy some "famous" Finnish labels. I bought stuff form Marimekko, Iittala, Fazer and Lumene.
I'm just gonna tell some small stuff about these labels if you guys haven't gotten to know them before, if you DO know the labels you can just skip this part. So basically Marimekko is a fashion label it makes everything from plates to dresses, its main patters are stripes and these HUGE flowers (which look a bit creepish to my eyes) but still people buy them f.ex Sarah Jessica Parker has worn Marimekko for many occasions.
Iittala is known for the glass design, Iittala does like vases, glasses, plates and other decorating pieces. Iittala is also known for the shaping of the glass, they have these pearly pattern and vases that look a bit like amoebas.
Next is Fazer, the pride of Finland! It's the best chocolate you can find from the whole wide world! If your in Finland or you friends or relatives are coming to Finland an absolute MUST EAT is Fazer Blue. It's also the best souvenir you can buy, but I'll say... It won't last long.
And the last one is Lumene. It's a Finnish cosmetics brand, it based on something natural. Or so they say. But anyways you can buy from Lumene all the cosmetics and facial creams, scrubs and stuff like that and it has two lines. The actual Lumene and Lumene Natural Code. The Natural Code is ment for the "younger people" they are less expensive and colorful and... Just younger in some ways. :D I'll post some photos of the brands, if I can find photos.
Tomorrow I'll start pacing, and I'm gonna also go through my clothes and check if there's anything I can give away or donate. :) I usually donate the clothes I don't use anymore, I think it's the best way since your not throwing stuff in to the garbage and it's a type of recycling, even though I don't usually recycle anything. But I only donate them if there in good shape, cause it's really hard for the people in the business to get decent stuff, since people throw to the donation stuff that isn't usable. OK, now I'm lecturing. :D
I think I'm gonna post tomorrow or the day after that some photos of what you should take with you for a about two week length vacation with you. I'll just put together some outfits with just a few clothing, so that you can see that you don't really need that much stuff with you. But I'll talk about it in the next post. :)
I hope you'll start following my blog, and some comment would always be nice! Have a great day people! :)

The First One
One could say that I'm very lively and "on the walls" since I have a bit energetic character. I'm always smiling and usually in a good mood even when in exhausted!
I live in Finland, in the Scandinavians and we have snow on the ground about a half of the whole year so the clothing style involves a bit more long sleeves and layers from example L.A. My own style is a bit "undefined" I don't have an exact style that I live with, my clothes change by my mood. I'll post some pictures in the end so you can see some outfits.
Then to my music taste. I listen to a lot of different artist but I think I listen the most Korean-pop. Some of my favorites are f.ex. Super Junior, SHINee, Block B, f(x), IU, T-ara, B2ST, Agia, Neon Bunny, BIG BANG, BoA, 2NE1, SE7EN and a whole lot of others! but these where the first ones from the top of my mind. Then I listen to music that comes from the states and U.K even a bit of italian rap, but finnish music isn't for me the most of the time.
Then we're getting to traveling. As a girl for my age I think I have traveled a lot. I've been to places such as London, Berlin, Bryssel, Lissabon, Petersburg, Ankara, Gibraltar, Estonia, Sweden and to some others. I've lived in Italy and Spain for a while in my childhood. So I think I know a little about traveling or so :D
And actually next weeks friday I'm leaving for Rome with my school, which will be awsome! there are 19 students going with me and we're gonna stay with italian familys. I don't think there will be a problem for me since I live in a half italian family myself. Then next year I may be leaving for China with our school, will see it's not sure yet. :D
So I think that's about it for this session, I'll try to post a new blog at least every other week or more often. :)
